This month, the domain name for the Pride Lanes Bowling Center website came up for renewal. The site isn’t getting enough traffic to justify the expense of the domain name, so I moved the site to my other server as a subdomain of NancisNaughties.com.
I also discovered that I had never updated the site for the expanded Pride Lanes that opened in September 2024. The new website has been completely updated for the new space. There are now six lanes rather than four, and a full concession stand. Plus you’ll find one but two bars for when you want a virtual adult beverage.
You’ll also find a dance floor for when you just wanna dance. There are built-in dance animations or you can use your own. The parcel media is from WWOZ in New Orleans. You should feel free to fire up any other music to dance to, although you won’t be able to replace the parcel media with it.
There used to be several games you could play in the arcade area. Most of them were removed due to the creator of the games using AI. I prefer using objects and gadgets created by real people, and I’m on the lookout for more games to put out at Pride Lanes.
Pride Lanes now has its own house bowling balls that you can get to use at Pride Lanes and other bowling centers that use the Bergson Bowing System. There’s another ball design I’m working on, but it’s not ready to be shared yet.
You can find the brand new Pride Lanes Bowling Center website at pridelanes.nancisnaughties.com. Check out the new website and grab a taxi to Pride Lanes Bowling Center in Second Life. You may find it’s a great place for you and your friends to visit.
